Job Description
A Product Manager role focused on developing customer-centric process mining products by collaborating with cross-functional teams, gathering customer feedback, and driving product strategy and execution within a leading SaaS company.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) based on customer insights
- Collaborate with engineering, research, and design teams to implement product visions
- Define user journeys and success metrics throughout the product development lifecycle
- Gather feedback from customers and go-to-market teams to iterate on solutions
- Represent and advocate for the product internally and externally, articulating its value and vision
Requirements
- A good understanding of process mining, data processing technologies, or enterprise software, and the ability to learn the technical details that drive success.
- An educational background with an analytical or technical focus, with a deep passion for data and deriving insights.
- 2-5 years of product management experience, ideally within enterprise SaaS or data-heavy environments.
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset with strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Experience in developing clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for new features, with guidance from senior product leadership.
- Experience working closely with engineering, research, and design teams to define user journeys, success metrics, and provide product guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
- Experience collaborating with customers and go-to-market teams to gather feedback, iterate on solutions, and ensure high-impact product delivery.
- Ability to act as a product champion and represent the product in internal meetings and customer discussions, articulating its value and vision.
