Job Description
The Principal Value Advisor at Celonis is a trusted consultant responsible for guiding customers through their digital transformation by demonstrating the value of the Process Intelligence Platform, driving process improvements, and ensuring platform adoption and expansion across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate customer objectives into value assessments and proof-of-value projects
- Build business cases and demos leveraging industry benchmarks and best practices
- Conduct value assessments and communicate strategic value to C-Level executives
- Facilitate business value workshops to identify process improvement opportunities
- Manage the end-to-end customer value journey, including landing, expanding, adopting, and renewing
- Develop strategic expansion roadmaps to embed Celonis as a transformation platform
- Provide feedback to product teams for platform and application enhancements
Requirements
- Experience in an analytical role with the objective to demonstrate or secure value through business data analysis, business process improvement, and or respective Software deployment, ideally in a customer-facing role with a Consultancy or Business Software SaaS Provider, or in an Inhouse role e.g. Center of Excellence for Data Mining Analytics Intelligence within an Enterprise.
- Demonstrated success in helping retail clients transform their operational efficiency, product development processes, and digital transformation strategies using advanced data analytics, with awareness of industry trends and challenges.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German fluent and English, with experience in preparing and communicating roadmaps and results to stakeholders, and sales acumen, sovereign and winning appearance.
- Good knowledge of Business Software SaaS applications e.g. SAP, experience with implementing AI agents IBM Watson Orchestrate, Amazon Bedrock, Microsoft Copilot, Salesforce Agentforce, RPA, BI Tools, or building Dashboards or Apps Action Flows, and knowledge of Python and or SQL.
- Experience in collaborating with IT teams.
- Experience in identifying use cases for business process improvement and deploying improvement measures, being a change agent, and training users and process owners to realize value.
- Experience in planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines.
- Good understanding of the Finance and or Supply Chain function and or strategic transformation initiatives e.g. Shared Services Transformation or System Transformation.
- Degree in Industrial Business Engineering, Technology and or Management, Informatics, Mathematics or similar.
