Job Description
The role involves supporting and leading large-scale system transformation projects, particularly ERP migrations like SAP S/4HANA, by leveraging process intelligence technology to ensure seamless, efficient, and standardized system change processes for global enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales team in positioning Celonis for system migrations, focusing on ERP like SAP S/4HANA
- Act as a subject matter expert to help customers and partners understand the value of Celonis in migration projects
- Guide customers through the entire Celonis implementation and ERP migration journey, providing expert advisory services
- Collaborate with global system integrators, sales, and delivery teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and standards
- Develop and implement standardized methodologies and best practices for integrating Celonis into ERP migration projects
- Create and deliver training and enablement programs for field teams to manage ERP migrations using Celonis
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in system transformation e.g. as SAP enterprise architect or SAP transformation lead
- Ideally with a track record in SAP S 4HANA migration, or other ERP Systems, and a focus on methodology development and enablement
- Familiarity with SAP transformation support tools such as Signavio, LeanIX, Walkme, SolMan, Tricentis, CloudALM
- Proven experience guiding customers through complex end-to-end system transformations, from planning through post-implementation support
- Strong advisory, customer relationship, and consultative sales skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of translating technical solutions into business value
- Experience working in collaborative teams across sales, technical, and partner organizations
- Proven experience developing and standardizing processes, frameworks, and methodologies for large-scale transformation projects
- Strong experience in creating and delivering enablement programs, including training materials, workshops, and hands-on support for technical and sales teams
- Business proficiency in both German and English
- This role will require some travel to support customers and work closely with field teams within the DACH region and occasionally also EMEA
