Job Description
The role involves designing and leading enterprise architecture strategies for clients, integrating advanced AI and modernization techniques, and collaborating with technical and executive teams to drive business transformation and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and define overall architecture, data, and cloud strategy for large client accounts
- Engage with C-level executives to align strategic objectives with technical solutions
- Identify and architect innovative solutions leveraging emergent technologies like Agentic AI
- Collaborate with product engineering teams and client teams to deliver technical services
- Assess IT landscape maturity and participate in pre-sales and post-sales technical engagements
- Coach and guide consulting teams and partners on architecture, integration, performance, and scalability
- Develop reusable assets, technical designs, and thought leadership materials for clients and internal teams
Requirements
- 10 to 15 years of relevant experience e.g., Software vendor Architect, CTO at a top consulting firm, or Enterprise Architect at a customer.
- Proven ability to think strategically, connecting technical solutions to business value and customer objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of presenting complex technical concepts and strategic visions to C-level executives.
- Demonstrated experience in Capability Mapping, Enterprise Modernization, and a strong understanding of Agentic AI.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, SaaS solutions, ERP SAP, Salesforce, Dynamics CRM, ServiceNow, cybersecurity posture fundamentals, API ecosystems, along with legacy on-premise enterprise architectures.
- Strong background in Data Architecture, Integrations patterns, and a development background in data-related languages such as SQL and Python.
- Strong technical background with a focus on system integrations, data operations, and automation capabilities.
- Ability to comfortably switch from explaining an architecture diagram to an environment where you have coded or assembled a demo of that architecture.
- MSc degree in Computer Science or an equivalent in an Information Technology-related field.
- Fluency in German and English is required; additional language such as Spanish, French, or Italian is a strong advantage.
