Job Description
The role involves designing and leading enterprise architecture strategies for clients, leveraging AI and modern data solutions to drive digital transformation, while engaging with C-level executives and supporting sales and implementation teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and define overall architecture, data, and cloud strategy for large client accounts.
- Engage with C-level executives to align strategic objectives with technical solutions.
- Identify and architect innovative solutions leveraging emergent technologies like Agentic AI.
- Collaborate with product engineering teams and client teams to deliver technical services.
- Assess the IT landscape maturity of customer installations and participate in pre- and post-sales engagements.
- Coach and guide consulting teams and partners on architecture, integration, performance, and scalability.
- Develop reusable assets, technical designs, and customer-facing thought leadership materials.
Requirements
- 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in roles such as Software vendor Architect, CTO at a top consulting firm, or Enterprise Architect at a customer.
- Proven ability to think strategically, connecting technical solutions to business value and customer objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of presenting complex technical concepts and strategic visions to C-level executives.
- Demonstrated experience in Capability Mapping, Enterprise Modernization, and a strong understanding of Agentic AI.
- Strong background in Data Architecture, Integrations patterns, and a development background in data-related languages such as SQL and Python.
- Strong technical background with a focus on system integrations, data operations, and automation capabilities.
- Ability to comfortably switch from explaining architecture diagrams to demonstrating coded or assembled architecture solutions.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, SaaS solutions including Salesforce, SAP, Dynamics CRM, and ServiceNow.
- Fundamentals of cybersecurity posture, API ecosystems, and legacy on-premise enterprise architectures.
- MSc degree in Computer Science or an equivalent in an Information Technology-related field.
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills such as Spanish, French, or Italian are a strong advantage.
- Experience with cloud certifications such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Certifications in ESB, ETL tools such as Mulesoft, Oracle, SAP, Talend, Informatica.
- TOGAF or Zachmann Certification.
- Experience in at least two domains among Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Customer/Consumer Management, Service, Order Management, Sales, HR, Procurement.
- Experience in at least two industries among Consumer Goods, Banking, Pharma, Aerospace, Telco, Transport.
