Job Description
The role involves leading and expanding partnerships with strategy consulting firms across EMEA and APAC, developing joint go-to-market strategies, managing relationships, and driving business growth through collaborative projects and thought leadership in the context of process intelligence and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and expand partnerships with Strategy Consulting firms across EMEA and APAC
- Develop and execute joint Go-To-Market strategies with consulting partners
- Build and maintain relationships with senior industry and regional leaders
- Shape and promote joint value propositions to secure business development opportunities
- Manage and deliver Celonis-powered consulting engagements in collaboration with partners
- Embed Celonis solutions into partner methodologies and transformation practices
- Drive joint go-to-market initiatives aligned with consulting themes such as cost reduction and AI digital operations
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop pipeline and activate partners in key accounts
- Manage stakeholder relationships across internal teams, partners, and clients to ensure successful opportunity conversion
- Lead joint thought leadership, marketing efforts, and industry insights through whitepapers, events, and narratives
- Oversee regional governance activities including steering committees, pipeline reviews, and forecasts
Requirements
- 7-12 years of relevant work experience in the areas of strategy consulting, ideally paired with first exposure to software sales, business development and or partner management
- Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of driving commercial outcomes
- Deep understanding of the inner workings of strategy consulting firms, their business model, incentive structures, value propositions, and how they drive enterprise transformation
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, as well as executive presence
- Proven track record of guiding senior consulting partners and C-level client executives
- A strong network within the European strategy consulting ecosystem
- Entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to excite others and build strong relationships
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments with strong self-motivation and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel 10-20%
