Job Description
The Lead Management Consultant at Celonis is responsible for driving data-driven business transformation for clients by identifying value opportunities, building use cases, and facilitating process improvements using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. The role involves stakeholder management, strategic planning, and ensuring customer adoption and expansion of the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and translate customer strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases
- Build demos and business cases to demonstrate value and win new customers
- Conduct Value Assessments and Proof-of-Value Projects, communicating strategic roadmaps to C-Level executives
- Facilitate business value workshops to identify process improvement opportunities
- Derive and initiate process improvement measures and enterprise-wide change initiatives
- Present results and realized value to senior management and C-level stakeholders
- Manage the end-to-end customer value journey, including landing, expanding, adoption, and renewal
- Develop strategic expansion roadmaps to embed Celonis Platform as a core business transformation tool
- Provide feedback to product teams for platform and application enhancements
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience following completion of a Master’s degree, demonstrating experience in an analytical role with the objective to demonstrate or secure value through business data analysis, business process improvement, and/or software deployment, ideally in a customer-facing role with a Consultancy or Business Software SaaS Provider, or in an Inhouse role such as a Center of Excellence for Data Mining Analytics Intelligence within an Enterprise.
- Experience in an analytical role with the objective to demonstrate or secure value through business data analysis, business process improvement, and/or software deployment.
- Experience in preparing and communicating roadmaps and results to stakeholders, with excellent communication and presentation skills in German (fluent) and English.
- Sales acumen, sovereign and winning appearance, with experience in stakeholder management.
- Good knowledge of Business Software SaaS applications such as SAP, and experience with implementing AI agents like IBM Watson Orchestrate, Amazon Bedrock, Microsoft Copilot, Salesforce Agentforce, RPA, BI tools, or building Dashboards or Apps Action Flows.
- Knowledge of Python and/or SQL.
- Experience in collaborating with IT teams.
- Experience in identifying use cases for business process improvement and deploying improvement measures, acting as a change agent, and training users and process owners to realize value.
- Experience in planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines.
- Good understanding of the Finance and/or Supply Chain functions and/or strategic transformation initiatives such as Shared Services Transformation or System Transformation.
- Deep understanding of industry trends and strategic opportunities in the Consumer CPG Industry.
- Degree in Industrial Business Engineering, Technology and/or Management, Informatics, Mathematics, or a similar field.
