Job Description
The role involves leading implementation projects for supply chain management using Celonis' process mining and AI technologies, translating business needs into technical solutions, and driving digital transformation and process improvements for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead agile project teams to implement Celonis solutions for supply chain and operational processes
- Conduct workshops to translate customer objectives into high-impact Celonis use cases
- Coordinate with Data Operations teams to connect solutions to customer IT environments (ERP, SCM, logistics systems)
- Implement data modeling, transformations, process analysis, and KPI development within Celonis
- Identify inefficiencies in procurement, logistics, production, and inventory processes using Celonis technology
- Develop business cases and define measures to improve supply chain performance
- Define and monitor KPIs to measure customer success and business impact
- Automate tasks to enhance supply chain resilience and process conformance
- Manage customer expectations and project planning
- Demonstrate and train customer users to enable long-term supply chain transformation
Requirements
- 8 years working experience in IT-Consulting, Solution Data Consulting, or Process Improvement Consulting within Software Vendors, Consulting firms, or System Integrators, ideally with exposure to supply chain or operations domains
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions data models
- Strong knowledge of data-related languages SQL required, other programming languages such as Python are a plus
- Understanding of supply chain processes e.g., procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, production planning, logistics, or inventory management and related financial metrics
- Knowledge of standard ERPs SAP, Oracle, etc. is a strong plus
- Willingness to develop deep expertise on the Celonis solution through continuous learning
- Strong consulting skills and enjoyment in interacting with customers across supply chain, operations, and IT functions
- Excellent analytical skills, well-organized, and known for being a quick learner
- Fluency in German and English
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration Economics, Mathematics, or a comparable program
