Job Description
The role involves leading the implementation of Celonis Process Mining solutions to optimize business processes, leveraging AI and data modeling techniques, and driving digital transformation for clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify customer strategic priorities and develop data-driven process insights using SQL
- Design and implement analyses, operational apps, and machine learning algorithms to improve processes
- Use Celonis technology to identify process inefficiencies and root causes
- Conduct value workshops to develop business cases and quantify potential improvements
- Implement process automation to enhance process speed, drive value, and ensure conformance
- Establish KPIs to measure customer success and enable continuous process improvement
- Set the foundation for long-term customer success and ongoing value realization
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or a similar area.
- Hands-on experience applying AI ML techniques or similar technologies.
- Proficiency with SQL or other programming languages such as Python, R, Matlab.
- Strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining.
- Strong communication skills in English and ability to interact with various customers to understand and interpret business processes.
- Very dedicated and visionary with a desire to actively drive the Celonis Process Mining technology forward.
- Excellent analytical skills, well organized, and known for being a quick learner.
- Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration Economics, Mathematics or a comparable degree program.
