Job Description
An internship role within Celonis's Professional Services team, focusing on gaining hands-on experience in process mining and data analytics by working with advanced software, supporting project development, and collaborating with experienced consultants to deliver innovative business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct sessions with experienced consultants to discuss projects and improve practices
- Participate in team meetings and workshops, providing input for decision-making
- Manage time and tasks effectively to meet milestones and deadlines
- Gather, organize, and ensure accuracy of data from various sources for analysis
- Perform exploratory data analysis using Celonis and other tools to identify trends and insights
- Develop and maintain KPIs to track project success and provide data-driven recommendations
Requirements
- Student of mathematics, business informatics, economics or a comparable degree program with outstanding performance
- Know-how in Business Intelligence and data analytics
- Interest in working with customers and excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience in programming, working with databases and ETL
- Knowledge in SQL or related database query languages
- Demonstrate initiative, work independently and think outside of the box
- Fluent in English and German; any additional language is a plus
- At least 5 months of full-time availability
