Job Description

This internship role involves supporting the Business Development team at Celonis by conducting account research, prospecting through cold calls and emails, and helping to generate sales opportunities, with a pathway to full-time sales roles for high-potential candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and collaborate with the Business Development team to identify and engage target accounts.
  • Conduct account research and identify key decision-makers within target companies.
  • Prospect into prioritized accounts through cold calls, emails, and social strategies.
  • Initiate sales opportunities by setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  • Assist in managing the sales cycle for sourced opportunities.
  • Present progress and results to sales leaders to contribute to growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Student of Business Administration or a comparable program
  • Ability to work in a structured manner and be a fast learner
  • Ability to listen very well and be an excellent communicator
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills within a fast-paced sales environment
  • Curiosity and a long-term interest in building a career in Sales
  • Native or equivalent proficiency in Turkish and business fluent English language
  • At least 6 months of full-time availability for the role
