Job Description

This internship role involves supporting the Business Development team at Celonis by conducting account research, prospecting through cold calls and emails, and helping to generate sales opportunities, with a pathway to full-time sales roles and professional growth in a dynamic SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and work alongside the sales team to identify and research target accounts
  • Prospect into prioritized accounts through cold calls, emails, and social strategies
  • Initiate sales opportunities by setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Engage with decision makers and key influencers within target companies
  • Track and report progress to sales leaders to ensure growth and target achievement

Requirements

  • Student of Business Administration or a comparable program
  • Ability to work in a structured manner and be a fast learner
  • Ability to listen very well and be an excellent communicator
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills within a fast-paced sales environment
  • Curiosity and a long-term interest in building a career in Sales
  • Native or equivalent proficiency in Portuguese
  • Proficiency in English
  • At least 6 months of full-time availability starting July September 2026
