Job Description

This internship role involves supporting the Business Development team through account research, prospecting, cold calling, and initiating sales opportunities, with potential to transition into a full-time sales role focused on driving business growth and building a career in sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and work alongside the sales team in account research and strategic prospecting.
  • Identify and source key decision makers within target companies.
  • Prospect into prioritized accounts via cold calls, emails, and social strategies.
  • Initiate sales opportunities by setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  • Participate in the sales cycle to advance sourced opportunities.
  • Present and report progress to sales leaders to ensure growth results.

Requirements

  • Student of Business Administration or a comparable program
  • Ability to work in a structured manner and be a fast learner
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills within a fast-paced sales environment
  • Curiosity and long-term interest in building a career in Sales
  • Native or equivalent proficiency in Italian
  • Business proficiency in English
  • At least 6 months of full-time availability from July, September, or October 2026
  • Ability to identify source key influencers and decision makers within target companies
  • Ability to prospect into prioritized accounts via cold calls, emails, and social strategies
  • Ability to initiate sales opportunities by setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Ability to accompany sourced opportunities through the sales cycle
  • Ability to present and report progress to Sales leaders to ensure growth results
