Job Description

This internship role involves supporting the Business Development team at Celonis by conducting account research, prospecting through cold calls and emails, and helping to generate sales opportunities, with a pathway to full-time sales roles for high-potential candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and work alongside the sales team in account research and strategic prospecting.
  • Identify key decision makers within target companies and source sales opportunities.
  • Conduct cold calls, emails, and social outreach to engage prospects.
  • Set up qualified meetings for Account Executives to advance sales opportunities.
  • Participate in the sales cycle by accompanying sourced opportunities.
  • Present progress and sales results to sales leaders to drive growth.

Requirements

  • Student of Business Administration or a comparable program
  • Ability to work in a structured manner and be a fast learner
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills within a fast-paced sales environment
  • Native or equivalent proficiency in French
  • Business proficiency in English
  • At least 6 months of full-time availability from August September 2026
  • Ability to prospect into prioritized accounts via cold calls, emails, and social strategies
  • Ability to identify source key influencers and decision makers within target companies
  • Ability to initiate sales opportunities by setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Ability to accompany sourced opportunities through the sales cycle
  • Ability to present and report progress to Sales leaders to ensure and produce growth results
