Job Description

This internship role involves supporting the Business Development team at Celonis by conducting account research, prospecting through cold calls and emails, and helping to generate sales opportunities, with potential pathways to full-time sales roles in a fast-paced, innovative SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and collaborate with the Business Development team to identify and engage target accounts.
  • Conduct account research and identify key decision-makers within target companies.
  • Prospect into prioritized accounts through cold calls, emails, and social strategies.
  • Initiate sales opportunities by setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  • Participate in the sales cycle by supporting sourced opportunities and tracking progress.
  • Present and report on progress to sales leaders to contribute to growth targets.

Requirements

  • Student of Business Administration or a comparable program
  • Ability to work in a structured manner and be a fast learner
  • Ability to listen very well and be an excellent communicator
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills within a fast-paced sales environment
  • Curiosity and a long-term interest in building a career in Sales
  • Native or equivalent proficiency in Dutch or English is a must
  • Availability for at least 6 months of full-time work
  • First experience in a Sales-related role (preferred but not mandatory)
  • First proficiency with Sales tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, SalesNavigator, SalesLoft etc. (preferred but not mandatory)
  • First experience in account research, planning, as well as prospecting cold calling (preferred but not mandatory)
