Job Description
Assist the marketing team by enriching and managing lead data, supporting database hygiene, and helping optimize marketing campaigns through data management and reporting in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Match and enrich inbound leads using Salesforce and LinkedIn to ensure clean, actionable data
- Manage lead list uploads into the marketing automation platform
- Build reports in Salesforce to track lead flow and database health
- Troubleshoot and resolve sync errors between marketing and sales systems
- Support the Marketing Database and Automation teams with daily operational tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
- At least 6 months of full-time availability.
- Ability to match and enrich inbound leads using Salesforce and LinkedIn to ensure clean, actionable data.
- Experience managing lead list uploads into a marketing automation platform.
- Ability to build reports in Salesforce to track lead flow and database health.
- Troubleshooting and resolving sync errors between marketing and sales systems.
- Support the Marketing Database and Automation teams with daily operational tasks.
- Strong skills in verbal and written English.
- Think analytically, work in a structured manner, and quickly comprehend new topics and interrelationships.
- Utilize LinkedIn and other sources to complete the profile of prospects and customers to improve marketing messaging.
- Driven to learn more about how marketing and sales data come together.
- Team player and able to support several different types of projects to help increase marketing impact on the business.
