Intern Global Customer Advocacy

• Join Celonis' Global Customer Advocacy team during one of our most exciting and high-impact times of the year — Celosphere season. As an intern, you'll get hands-on experience working at the intersection of customer advocacy, event management, and customer awards programs, and customer storytelling. You'll support a fast-moving team dedicated to delivering a world-class experience for our customers and ensuring our biggest event of the year runs seamlessly.
• This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, curious, and eager to learn how a global customer advocacy function operates at a leading enterprise software company.
• Support the Game Changer Awards Campaign — Draft and send communications to encourage customers and account teams to apply to be recognized in our annual awards program
• Organize Submissions for Review — Prepare customer award submissions to get them ready for the judging panel for our global and regional awards
• Assist with Finalist Communications — Help draft and coordinate communications to notify and celebrate award finalists
• Help with Speaker Coordination — Track and organize the administration behind the customer speaker confirmation process
• Enhance Speaker Experience — Support customer speakers’ onsite experience, including working with Design and ordering speaker thank you gifts.
• Support Pre-Production — Provide logistical and administrative support across various pre-production needs in the weeks leading up to the event
• Support Promotional Efforts — Help prepare and coordinate promotional materials used to drive event registration
• Track Session References — Assist the team in gathering and organizing customer references for keynote, product, and industry sessions
• Leverage Modern Tools — Explore and apply AI tools to streamline administrative tasks, document tracking, and daily workflow

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without dropping the ball
• Solid written communication skills and a genuine interest in drafting professional, customer-facing communications
• A professional demeanor and an intuitive understanding of what makes a great customer experience
• A proactive, curious mindset and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• An interest in working with and applying AI tools to everyday tasks
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated to deliver high-quality work
• Available for an October 2026 start date

You'll work closely with a global team at the center of one of Celonis' most visible programs — gaining real exposure to customer advocacy, event strategy, and customer engagement.
