Job Description

Rondo is accelerating industry's transition to lower-cost, zero-carbon heat and power.

Key Responsibilities

Law degree (LLB or equivalent); qualified lawyer in Spain or another EU jurisdiction.
10 years of relevant experience at a top-tier law firm and/or in-house at a multinational or corporate environment.
Strong experience in project finance and infrastructure/energy projects.
Familiarity with energy-as-a-service, leasing, OEM/CapEx business models is a strong plus.
Proven track record negotiating commercial contracts, term sheets, EPC, and O&M agreements and procurement / supply chain agreements .
Experience supporting projects involving public funding, grants, incentives (e.g. 45x) or regulated energy frameworks is highly desirable.
Background in energy, renewables, or infrastructure sectors preferred.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent English language skills (written and spoken), including legal drafting and contract negotiation.
