Intern Finance Operations at Celonis

Validate and approve incoming deals from a financial perspective, including KPI calculation and data structuring for correct booking
Control and oversee subscription management to ensure accurate financial reporting according to guidelines
Review booking data for month-end closing, billing, revenue recognition, and financial reporting
Advise internal stakeholders on complex booking scenarios and data analysis
Monitor and manage renewal processes
Improve finance-related after-sales processes and develop automation ideas
Build reports to verify data accuracy and leverage Celonis Process Intelligence Platform for data insights

Completed Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business administration, economics, finance, or a comparable degree program
First hands-on experience in a related field, ideally within a software company
Strong analytical skills and the ability to independently understand complex processes while keeping the bigger picture in mind
Confident, assertive, and collaborative attitude with a strong attention to detail and a zero-error mindset
Ideally, first experiences with Salesforce and Zuora
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
