Job Description
An internship role in which you will analyze customer data, support value realization initiatives, and collaborate with teams to help clients optimize their business processes using Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer data to identify bottlenecks and value potential
- Quantify business impact and prepare management-ready presentations
- Support creation of AI Value Plans and Value Realization reports
- Help run Proofs of Value (PoVs) and capture success stories
- Maintain key inputs for Customer Health Score dashboards
- Prepare content for reviews, QBRs, and Town Halls
- Collaborate with partners on deliverables
- Contribute to internal tools and automation within the Value Engineering team
Requirements
- Student in Business Engineering, Data Science, Management, or related field
- Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python
- Interest in AI, digital transformation, and management consulting
- Clear communication and storytelling skills
- Business fluent in English
- Available for a 6-month, full-time internship based in Amsterdam
