Job Description
The Head of Industry - Banking at Celonis is responsible for leading the strategy, vision, and execution of the company's Banking Industry Practice, building and scaling software solutions to address critical banking challenges and driving industry-specific innovation and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the vision, strategy, and execution plan for the Banking Industry Practice.
- Build and lead a cross-functional team across Value Engineering, Sales, AI, and Engineering.
- Collaborate with customers to align banking solutions with their business strategies.
- Partner with product, engineering, and GTM leaders to inform and influence product development.
- Identify, package, and scale use cases across the Celonis platform to drive innovation and expand offerings.
- Enable internal teams and partners to position and deploy banking solutions effectively.
Requirements
- Proven record of building and leading a cross-functional team building software solutions against strategic banking problems
- High degree of entrepreneurship with experience of building in a 0 - 1 environment
- Excellence in public speaking and external presentation
- Proven experience developing software solutions for enterprises, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful use cases solving real-world problems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights for a wide array of stakeholders from the board room to the end user
Benefits & Perks
Compensation/salary range: 195,000 - 229,000 USD in New York
