Job Description
Support the planning and execution of global events for Celonis, including the annual conference, by coordinating multiple workstreams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring seamless delivery of memorable experiences that showcase the company's process intelligence and AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support multiple workstreams for the Celosphere conference, ensuring seamless execution from planning to post-event activities
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to coordinate event logistics and deliverables
- Manage and drive internal projects related to event planning and execution
- Optimize and document event processes, and report on success metrics
- Coordinate and engage with stakeholders across various teams to ensure alignment and project progress
Requirements
- Ideally prior experience in marketing or event management
- Student of Marketing, Events or comparable
- Strong communication skills coordinating and engaging with multiple stakeholders on projects
- A strong sense of ownership for your initiatives, projects, and goals
- The agility and flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and stakeholders at a high-growth company on the cutting edge of AI technology
- Ability to be a calm, decisive operator on show days to prioritize, communicate, and solve problems quickly with minimal disruption
- Ability and willingness to travel in order to be on-site for major events
- Support multiple workstreams for Celosphere, the annual Celonis conference for customers and partners, a multimillion euro, 3000 attendee conference
- Own and drive an internal project
- Work across different departments and manage multiple stakeholders to ensure all voices are heard while keeping the project on track
- Optimize and document your processes and report against the defined success metrics
