Job Description
The role involves developing and enhancing interactive data visualizations and chart libraries within Celonis' Process Intelligence platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to create scalable, high-performance frontend components that help customers understand and improve their business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, reactive frontend architectures for interactive data visualizations
- Implement algorithms to solve complex visualization problems and enhance user experience
- Optimize rendering performance for large data sets in the browser
- Support new chart requests by developing generic functionalities in the chart library
- Collaborate with experts to develop and implement novel visualization techniques
- Advocate for visualization best practices and contribute to customer documentation and training
- Contribute ideas to the product roadmap for process and data visualizations
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in web frontend technologies, including Typescript, HTML5, CSS, and Angular.
- A deep understanding of UX best practices and the ability to build and maintain user interfaces that adhere to established design systems and standards.
- Demonstrated ability to develop high-performance, high-load, and complex user interfaces.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with product managers, UX designers, and other stakeholders.
- An analytical mindset with a deep understanding of complex algorithms, profiling, and optimization.
- Experience in writing and setting up unit and integration tests.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
