Job Description
The EMEA Marketing Demand Center Manager is responsible for planning and executing multi-channel marketing programs, including webinars, events, and campaigns, to drive awareness and generate pipeline in targeted industries and regions, collaborating closely with regional teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns and programs.
- Manage end-to-end planning and execution of webinars, events, and experiences.
- Support the organization and execution of third-party events, including pre, during, and post-event activities.
- Coordinate with digital marketing on landing page creation and promotional strategies for campaigns and events.
- Research, recommend, and manage third-party media buys and event participation.
- Oversee direct mail campaigns using Reachdesk, including seasonal and targeted campaigns.
- Review and localize campaign and website content in local languages.
- Create and maintain best practice program playbooks.
- Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders about campaign plans and progress.
- Report on campaign performance using marketing analytics and dashboards.
- Share best practices and align strategies with regional marketing peers.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing or a related B2B marketing role preferably in the software industry
- Degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
- Proven experience building and executing multi-channel marketing programs to drive awareness and generate pipeline in multiple markets using tactics such as events, webinars, nurture campaigns, third party programs
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, working with cross-functional teams and leaders
- Proficient in using Salesforce.com, MS Office, and Google equivalent tools
- Ability to craft simple messaging and translate localize campaign content in English to local language
- Analytical and data driven approach to program reporting
- Strong program project management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, highly organized, execute with attention to detail and consistently meet deadlines
- Advanced English language skills and one native language out of Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French, or German; additional language skills are a plus
- Energetic, positive attitude with a willingness to take initiative, share ideas and be resourceful
- Ability to travel within the EMEA region as necessary for quarterly team meetings
