Job Description
The role involves leading a team of engineers to develop scalable, innovative solutions for integrating Process Management into the Celonis Platform, focusing on APIs and microservices, to enhance business process insights and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of scalable solutions for integrating Process Management into the Celonis Platform.
- Manage the performance and career development of engineering team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop impactful product features.
- Build and maintain an engineering culture of trust, ownership, and collaboration.
- Guide the team in developing robust, high-performing APIs and microservices using technologies like C and Azure.
- Make technical decisions balancing factors such as scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Resolve technical conflicts and foster a positive environment for escalations.
- Contribute to building features that enable modeling of customer processes and integration of process insights.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in an Engineering Manager or technical leadership position leading projects and people
- 8 years of experience as a Software Engineer
- Strong technical knowledge at staff engineer level of software engineering
- Experience working with technologies like C and Azure
- Knowledge of microservices architecture
- Strong communication skills, allowing collaboration across multiple roles and countries
- Knowledge of day-to-day team organization methodologies like agile
- Ability to lead and make decisions to define the road ahead
- Ability to resolve technical conflicts when necessary, fostering a positive environment for escalations
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves to help your team
