Job Description
The Ecosystem Solution Manager at Celonis is responsible for working with partners and their clients to drive digital transformation using process mining technology, providing expert advisory, developing data-driven insights, and supporting the adoption of Celonis platform features to generate business value and expand global reach.
Key Responsibilities
- Support partners in adopting Celonis Process Intelligence Graph and driving digital transformation.
- Provide expert advisory services to partners and their end-customers to identify strategic use cases and generate process improvements.
- Lead and advise end-to-end partner engagements, including project management and solution development.
- Enable partners to utilize advanced product features and co-develop scalable solutions and innovations.
- Align partner technology roadmaps with Celonis solutions and prepare partners for market deployment.
- Engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including C-Level executives, to promote the Celonis platform.
- Support pre-sales activities, including coaching and evangelizing the platform within the ecosystem.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in SQL and other programming languages e.g., Python, R, or MATLAB.
- Extensive experience in project management disciplines, including documenting and maintaining project plans, risk issue action logs, and driving problem resolution in partnership with partners, customers, and executives.
- In-depth business process understanding, such as supply chain, financial services, IT service management.
- Client-facing project management experience in enterprise software implementations, managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent analytical skills in concert with the ability to interpret business processes and stakeholder management to consult partners and customers in jointly generating business value.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand, persona-oriented manner from technical experts through the C-suite.
- Native Japanese language skills and strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to understand and interpret business processes and stakeholder needs to generate strategic, impact-driven recommendations.
- Experience working with or at some of the world’s largest global service integrators, such as Accenture, IBM, or SAP, is a big plus.
