Job Description
A Consultant in our delivery organization responsible for implementing Celonis Process Intelligence solutions, analyzing business processes, developing data-driven insights, and leveraging AI and automation technologies to drive digital transformation and process improvements for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Celonis implementation projects to address customer pain points and optimize solutions
- Design innovative analyses and operational apps, integrating Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence
- Identify process inefficiencies and root causes using Celonis technology in collaboration with customers
- Conduct value workshops to develop business cases and align measures for process improvements
- Quantify and present business and financial potential of process improvements to management
- Implement Process Automation technology to accelerate processes, deliver value, and enhance conformance
- Establish KPIs to measure customer success and enable continuous process improvement
- Lay the foundation for long-term customer success and value realization
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or a similar area
- Knowledge of data related languages SQL required
- Proficiency in developing analyses, performing data transformations, and deriving business cases
- Ability to implement Celonis software features such as Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning
- Excellent analytical skills, well organized, and recognized as a quick learner
- Strong communication skills in German and English, with the ability to interact with various customers to understand and interpret business processes
- Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration Economics, Mathematics or a comparable degree program
