Job Description
The role involves implementing and optimizing Celonis Process Intelligence solutions for clients by analyzing business processes, developing data-driven insights, and leveraging AI and automation technologies to drive operational improvements and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in Celonis implementation projects to address customer pain points
- Design analyses and operational apps, integrating Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence
- Use Celonis technology to identify process inefficiencies and root causes in collaboration with customers
- Conduct value workshops to develop business cases and measure process improvements
- Implement Process Automation to enhance process speed, drive value, and ensure conformance
- Establish KPIs to measure customer success and enable continuous process improvement
- Lay the foundation for long-term customer success and value realization
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or a similar area
- Knowledge of data related languages SQL required
- Other programming languages such as Python are a plus
- Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration Economics, Mathematics or a comparable degree program
- Excellent analytical skills, well organized, and known for being a quick learner
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- Ability to interact with various customers to understand and interpret business processes
