Job Description

The role involves developing and deploying AI-driven tools and strategies to enhance competitive positioning, automate RFP processes, and support market intelligence within the Process Intelligence and Enterprise AI markets, combining technical expertise with strategic advisory skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise global account teams on Tier-1 competitive opportunities and develop winning strategies.
  • Lead the orchestration and automation of strategic RFPs using AI-driven tools.
  • Build and deploy self-service AI agents to automate sales cycle activities and competitive analysis.
  • Facilitate global competitive enablements and develop scalable self-service tools for technical questions.
  • Analyze market shifts and competitor moves to inform product development and executive decision-making.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in solution engineering, management consulting, technical pre-sales, competitive intelligence, or a fast-paced technology environment.
  • Proven ability to advise global account teams and navigate complex stakeholder environments, including orchestrating a winning deal strategy from the background and engaging directly with customers for high-stakes meetings or critical value read-outs.
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify manual friction points and build tools that automate them for widespread use.
  • Basic knowledge or hands-on experience in SQL and/or Python, with a desire to grow these skills in an Applied AI context.
  • Strong market curiosity and desire to master the Process Intelligence landscape and the broader Enterprise AI ecosystem, understanding how technology works and why it wins in a competitive market.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into a compelling value story that non-technical sales representatives and customers can easily understand.
