The Client Value Partner for Retail at Celonis is responsible for leading strategic customer engagements, driving business transformation through process mining and AI solutions, and ensuring customer success and value realization within the retail industry.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage customer success initiatives for strategic retail clients, ensuring value realization and platform adoption.
Engage with C-level executives to define long-term vision and strategic objectives for business transformation using Celonis.
Drive measurable business impact by orchestrating cross-functional teams and aligning project delivery with customer strategy.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external executives.
Mentor and coach team members and customer organizations to increase adoption and maturity of Celonis platform.
Resolve customer escalations efficiently and effectively, ensuring high client satisfaction.
Organize and lead customer advisory boards to gather insights and foster innovation.
Act as the voice of the customer within the company to align product development with customer needs.
Represent Celonis at industry events, webinars, and thought leadership activities to promote customer advocacy.
Requirements
Minimum 15 years of relevant customer success, strategy consulting, or related experience within the Retail industry
Strong experience in driving large scale transformation programs, process re-engineering engagements, and implementations for the Retail sector
Experience with AI-based transformation is a strong plus
Deep exposure to and experience with successful change management practices
Ability to navigate large global organizations and have the power of persuasion through data, facts and confidence
Knowledge of how to successfully work with internal resources to design, pitch and sell opportunities with relevant subject matter experts and practice leads
Possess a natural and consultative approach when engaging with senior executives
Strong team player who inspires the team with a patient and entrepreneurial leadership style
Project management ability to organize and manage multiple streams
Strong communication skills and ability to translate Celonis use cases into customer business landscape
Self-motivated, proactive team player
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environments with various stakeholders
Willingness to travel to meet with customer stakeholder needs, approximately 25-50%
MBA degree strongly preferred
