Job Description

The Client Value Partner for Retail at Celonis is responsible for leading strategic customer success initiatives, driving business transformation through process mining and AI, and managing executive relationships to maximize value and adoption of the Celonis platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage customer success initiatives for strategic retail clients, ensuring value realization and platform adoption.
  • Engage with C-level executives to define long-term vision and strategic objectives for business transformation using Celonis.
  • Drive measurable business impact by orchestrating cross-functional teams and ensuring timely, high-quality project delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, embedding Celonis into their strategic goals.
  • Internalize customer strategies and targets to align Celonis delivery with their business needs.
  • Organize and lead customer advisory boards to gather insights and foster innovation.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the company to influence product development and service offerings.
  • Represent Celonis at industry events, webinars, and thought leadership platforms to promote customer advocacy and industry presence.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of relevant customer success, strategy consulting, or related experience within the Retail industry.
  • Strong experience in driving large scale transformation programs, process re-engineering engagements, and implementations for the Retail sector.
  • Experience with AI-based transformation is a strong plus.
  • Deep exposure to and experience with successful change management practices.
  • Ability to navigate large global organizations and have the power of persuasion through data, facts, and confidence.
  • Knowledge of how to successfully work with internal resources to design, pitch, and sell opportunities with relevant subject matter experts and practice leads.
  • Possess a natural and consultative approach when engaging with senior executives.
  • Strong team player who inspires the team with a patient and entrepreneurial leadership style.
  • Project management ability to organize and manage multiple streams.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate Celonis use cases into customer business landscape.
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environments with various stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel to meet with customer stakeholder needs, approximately 25-50% of the time.
