Job Description

The role involves leading customer success and strategic transformation initiatives within the Public Sector for Celonis, focusing on driving business impact, fostering innovation, and managing executive relationships to maximize platform adoption and value realization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage relationships with key public sector stakeholders, including C-level executives, to align Celonis solutions with their strategic objectives.
  • Drive customer success by ensuring value realization, platform adoption, and timely project delivery within accounts.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to support customer engagements, including resource staffing and internal collaboration.
  • Mentor and coach team members and customer organizations to increase platform adoption and organizational maturity.
  • Influence and communicate with senior stakeholders to establish program roadmaps and detailed value plans.
  • Resolve escalations efficiently by orchestrating internal teams and aligning delivery with customer strategy.
  • Organize and lead customer advisory boards to gather insights, address industry challenges, and foster innovation.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the company to ensure product development and services meet industry and customer needs.
  • Represent Celonis at industry events, webinars, and conferences to promote thought leadership and customer advocacy.
  • Contribute to the development of assets, playbooks, and resources to enhance the value engineering team's effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant customer success, strategy consulting, or related experience within the Public Sector.
  • Strong experience in driving large scale transformation programs, process re-engineering engagements, and implementations.
  • Experience with AI-based transformation is a strong plus.
  • Deep exposure to and experience with successful change management practices.
  • Ability to navigate large global organizations and have the power of persuasion through data, facts, and confidence.
  • Knowledge of working with internal resources to design, pitch, and sell opportunities with relevant subject matter experts and practice leads.
  • Possess a natural and consultative approach when engaging with senior executives.
  • Strong team player who inspires the team with a patient and entrepreneurial leadership style.
  • Project management ability to organize and manage multiple streams.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environments with various stakeholders.
