As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator based in our Bangalore office, you will stand at the intersection of process efficiency and candidate experience, serving as a primary face of the company. Reporting directly to the Manager, People Service Delivery, you will work closely with both recruiters and hiring managers to provide a reputable, high-touch candidate experience.
You will be an expert at finding solutions that accommodate diverse hiring needs, driving accuracy and efficiency throughout the interview coordination process. This is a high-impact, high-potential role with incredible exposure to all aspects of the business. Together with our Talent acquisition team, your daily contributions will be critical to taking our in-house recruiting to the next level.
• Professional Experience: 3+ years of experience, preferably in a talent acquisition, administrative support, or client service role.
• Excellent Organisational Skills: A very structured and careful way of working, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage multiple deadlines.
• Proactive Self-Starter: A strong initiative to see things through to completion and actively contribute to the growth of Celonis.
• Collaborative Mindset: Highly energetic, positive, and enthusiastic team player who loves solving problems and has strong attention to detail.
• Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; fluency in any additional language is considered a plus
