Job Description
The role involves leading customer success initiatives for strategic clients by managing executive relationships, driving business transformation through process mining and AI technologies, and ensuring the realization of measurable value and adoption of Celonis platform across organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer success initiatives and act as a trusted advisor to strategic customers
- Engage with C-Level executives to define long-term vision and drive business transformation
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure customer engagement and platform adoption
- Drive measurable business impact by establishing program roadmaps and value plans
- Resolve customer escalations and align delivery with customer strategy and targets
- Internalize customer needs and ensure delivery supports their business-critical problems
- Organize and lead customer advisory boards to gather insights and foster innovation
- Represent the company at industry events and contribute to thought leadership
- Collaborate on developing new assets, playbooks, and resources to enhance team effectiveness
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of relevant customer success, strategy consulting, or related experience in Industry.
- MBA degree is strongly preferred.
- Strong experience in driving large scale transformation programs, process re-engineering engagements, and implementations.
- Experience with AI-based transformation is a strong plus.
- Deep exposure to and experience with successful change management practices.
- Ability to navigate large global organizations and have the power of persuasion through data, facts, and confidence.
- Experience working with internal resources to design, pitch, and sell opportunities with relevant subject matter experts and practice leads.
- Possess a natural and consultative approach when engaging with senior executives.
- Strong team player who inspires the team with a patient and entrepreneurial leadership style.
- Project management ability to organize and manage multiple streams.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate Celonis use cases into customer business landscape.
- Self-motivated, proactive team player.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environments with various stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to meet with customer stakeholder needs (25-50%).
