Job Description

The role involves leading customer success and strategic transformation initiatives for key clients in the FSI industry, acting as a trusted advisor to drive business value through process optimization, platform adoption, and executive engagement within a fast-growing SaaS company specializing in Process Intelligence technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead customer success initiatives and act as a trusted advisor for strategic clients in the FSI industry.
  • Manage and develop relationships with C-level stakeholders to align Celonis solutions with their strategic objectives.
  • Drive end-to-end customer value realization, including program planning, adoption, and business impact measurement.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure proper staffing, project delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Mentor and coach team members and internal resources to support customer engagement and platform adoption.
  • Resolve escalations and orchestrate internal teams to address customer issues promptly.
  • Organize and lead customer advisory boards to gather insights and foster innovation.
  • Represent Celonis at industry events, webinars, and thought leadership activities to promote customer advocacy.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant customer success, strategy consulting, or related experience within the FSI industry.
  • Strong experience in driving large scale transformation programs, process re-engineering engagements, and implementations.
  • Experience with AI-based transformation is a strong plus.
  • Deep exposure to and experience with successful change management practices.
  • Ability to navigate large global organizations and have the power of persuasion through data, facts, and confidence.
  • Knowledge of how to work with internal resources to design, pitch, and sell opportunities with relevant subject matter experts and practice leads.
  • Possess a natural and consultative approach when engaging with senior executives.
  • Strong team player who inspires the team with a patient and entrepreneurial leadership style.
  • Project management ability to organize and manage multiple streams.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate Celonis use cases into customer business landscape.
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environments with various stakeholders.
