Job Description
The role involves leading enterprise-scale, data-driven transformation programs for strategic customers, acting as a senior advisor to drive long-term value realization, and orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes within the Process Intelligence industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-scale, data-driven transformation programs with strategic customers
- Define and execute value engineering strategies and multi-year transformation roadmaps
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes
- Develop and maintain relationships with C-level stakeholders to align strategic objectives
- Drive end-to-end value lifecycle including realization, expansion, and renewal of customer accounts
- Influence senior executives through data-driven insights and compelling narratives
- Lead customer advisory activities, including forums and industry roundtables
- Translate customer insights into actionable guidance for product, engineering, and services teams
Requirements
- 10-20 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting or senior industry leadership in Utilities Energy, with deep, hands-on knowledge of industry trends, value levers, regulatory dynamics, and how C-suite leaders drive strategic advantage
- Proven track record leading large-scale business transformations with quantifiable operational, financial, and/or strategic outcomes
- Extensive experience in achieving business objectives through the deployment of software solutions
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence complex global organizations using data, facts, and compelling business narratives
- Commercially savvy with experience shaping account strategies, expansion opportunities, and linking value delivery to growth and renewal
- Consultative, credible, and trusted advisor to senior executives with exceptional storytelling and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and inspires cross-functional teams
- Strong program and project management capabilities able to manage multiple strategic workstreams simultaneously
- Willingness to travel 25-50% to meet customer needs
- Location preference for Metro NYC, Raleigh, NC, or open to remote work in Ohio or Midwest regions
- MBA degree strongly preferred
