Job Description
An experienced Project Engineer responsible for managing site civil engineering and land development projects, including design, permitting, project lifecycle management, and client relationship building to support company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop site civil engineering and land development projects, including potable water and wastewater systems, surface water management, site grading, and roadway design.
- Manage projects through all phases from entitlements to construction, ensuring successful execution.
- Process and coordinate permitting and entitlements across various governmental agencies to meet project schedules.
- Participate in company marketing efforts and build relationships with clients and governmental agencies.
- Contribute to company growth by delivering high-quality projects and ensuring client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering from an EAC ABET Accredited University
- PE Licensure is required
- Demonstrate technical excellence in engineering principles and practices
- Possess expertise in designing potable water and wastewater distribution systems, surface water management systems, site grading, roadway design, and related land development projects
- Experience in managing projects from entitlements through to construction, ensuring successful project execution
- Ability to manage and coordinate various aspects of project development
- Experience in efficiently processing multiple permitting entitlements across various governmental agencies
- Ability to utilize local experience to streamline the permitting process
- Implement complex permitting strategies to meet project schedules for large-scale developments and commercial infills
- Actively participate in company marketing efforts to enhance the company s profile and foster relationships with clients and governmental agencies
- Contribute to the growth of the company by delivering high-quality projects and ensuring client satisfaction
