Job Description
An experienced Project Engineer will manage on-site civil engineering and land development projects, overseeing design, permitting, and project execution while fostering client relationships and contributing to company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop site civil engineering and land development projects, including potable water and wastewater systems, surface water management, site grading, and roadway design.
- Manage projects through all phases from entitlements to construction, ensuring successful execution.
- Process permitting and entitlements efficiently across various governmental agencies using local experience to streamline approvals.
- Participate in company marketing efforts and build relationships with clients and governmental agencies.
- Contribute to company growth by delivering high-quality projects and ensuring client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering from an EAC ABET Accredited University
- PE Licensure is required
- Demonstrate technical excellence in engineering principles and practices
- Possess expertise in designing potable water and wastewater distribution systems, surface water management systems, site grading, roadway design, and related land development projects
- Take projects from entitlements through to construction, ensuring successful project execution
- Manage and coordinate various aspects of project development
- Efficiently process multiple permitting entitlements across various governmental agencies
- Utilize local experience to streamline the permitting process
- Implement complex permitting strategies to meet project schedules for large-scale developments and compact commercial infills
- Actively participate in company marketing efforts to enhance the company s profile and foster relationships with existing and future clients and governmental agencies
- Contribute to the growth of the company by delivering high-quality projects and ensuring client satisfaction
