Job Description

The role involves leading customer success and strategic transformation initiatives within the Manufacturing Automotive industry by managing executive relationships, driving value realization, and fostering innovation with Celonis' Process Intelligence platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage customer success initiatives for strategic clients in the Manufacturing Automotive industry.
  • Engage with C-level executives to define long-term vision and strategic objectives for utilizing Celonis platform.
  • Drive measurable business impact by ensuring successful adoption and value realization of Celonis solutions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to support customer engagements and ensure proper resource allocation.
  • Mentor and coach team members and internal stakeholders to increase platform adoption and organizational maturity.
  • Manage the end-to-end customer value journey, including establishing program roadmaps and value plans.
  • Resolve customer escalations efficiently by orchestrating internal teams and resources.
  • Internalize customer strategies and targets to align Celonis delivery with business objectives.
  • Organize and lead customer advisory boards to gather insights and foster innovation.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the company to align product development and service offerings with customer needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of relevant customer success, strategy consulting, or related experience within the Manufacturing Automotive industry.
  • Strong experience in driving large scale transformation programs, process re-engineering engagements, and implementations.
  • Experience with AI-based transformation is a strong plus.
  • Deep exposure to and experience with successful change management practices.
  • Ability to navigate large global organizations and have the power of persuasion through data, facts, and confidence.
  • Knowledge of how to work with internal resources to design, pitch, and sell opportunities with relevant subject matter experts and practice leads.
  • Possess a natural and consultative approach when engaging with senior executives.
  • Strong team player who inspires the team with a patient and entrepreneurial leadership style.
  • Project management ability to organize and manage multiple streams.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate Celonis use cases into customer business landscape.
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environments with various stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel to meet with customer stakeholder needs.
