Job Description
The role involves supporting customer engagements by leveraging AI and process intelligence technology to identify business challenges, develop solutions, and demonstrate value, while collaborating with global teams and building strong client relationships in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the APAC Value Engineering team on customer engagements
- Collaborate with customers to identify business challenges and demonstrate how Celonis Process Intelligence can address them
- Execute proof projects to showcase value, quantify business benefits, and present findings to senior executives
- Prototype and develop AI solutions tailored to customer needs, including machine learning and LLM-based solutions
- Drive change management and ensure positive return on investment for customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers as a trusted advisor
- Share customer insights and feedback with internal product and engineering teams to influence AI product development
- Create reusable collateral, best practices, and tools within the Global VE Center of Excellence
- Travel to the APAC region to meet clients and support customer success
Requirements
- Be an Australian or Korean citizen or visa holder willing to stay in Madrid for 12 months before having the option to relocate to the APAC market.
- Have a bachelor's and/or master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, AI/ML, Mathematics, or other related fields, as well as valuable work internship experience.
- Enjoy solving problems, think outside the box, and are not afraid to make and learn from mistakes.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments and can rapidly develop solutions and pilots using our platform and AI technologies.
- Have a passion for technology, data, and AI and the impact it can have on the world.
- Bring at least basic knowledge or hands-on experience in SQL and/or Python.
- Have any exposure to process mining principles and completion of Celonis Rising Star modules would be a welcome indicator of eagerness to develop in this field.
- Be able to think analytically and creatively, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems.
- Be focused on creating and adding value for customers.
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and execute.
- Be able to build relationships with senior management and influence decision-makers.
- Be confident to present to C-level executives and larger audiences.
- Be willing to travel to the APAC region to meet clients in person.
- Be an effective communicator and fluent in English and Korean, if applicable.
