Job Description
An entry-level role involving the configuration, development, and support of the ServiceNow platform, focusing on automation and process optimization within a collaborative team environment, ideal for recent graduates or career changers seeking growth in enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, develop, and enhance the ServiceNow platform based on detailed requirements
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions within the ServiceNow environment
- Plan and execute small, well-scoped releases in collaboration with senior team members
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the assigned area of the ServiceNow platform
- Support end-users and team members by providing functional support and sharing best practices
- Learn and apply new technical knowledge through mentorship and training
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or a comparable technical education. Career changers with technical training or experience are very welcome.
- Entry-level experience in software development, application support, or enterprise systems administration including relevant internship experience, academic projects, or hands-on training.
- Foundational understanding of corporate IT environments, systems and technologies.
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies especially SCRUM.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand new topics, complex systems, and explain them clearly to others.
- An eagerness and clear motivation to learn, grow, and take on projects that progressively expand your technical and professional skill set.
- Initial hands-on experience developing customer-facing interfaces, with application and software development.
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English.
- Availability for a full-time role, 40 hours per week, based in the Madrid office.
