Job Description
The role involves identifying and developing new enterprise business opportunities through prospecting, outreach, and relationship-building to support the growth of Celonis' Process Intelligence Platform, primarily in the DACH region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and create new enterprise business opportunities in specific territories.
- Prospect into strategic business accounts via cold call, email, and social strategies.
- Drive sales growth and pipeline by setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives.
- Maintain and organize an annual book of business.
- Act as a subject matter expert and evangelist of the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.
- Produce creative strategies to target decision-makers at prospect accounts to book sales appointments.
Requirements
- A BA or BS degree from a top university or equivalent experience in business development, sales, or a related field, including full-time work or relevant internships.
- Experience in business development, sales, or a related field, demonstrating the ability to prospect into strategic business accounts via cold call, email, and social strategies.
- Ability to drive sales growth and pipeline by setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives.
- Ability to maintain and organize an annual book of business.
- Ability to produce creative strategies for targeting decision-makers at prospect accounts to book sales appointments and influence company revenue.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- A self-starter who is dedicated, hungry, and driven to succeed, demonstrating a high level of motivation and performance.
- Native German language proficiency or equivalent, and business proficiency in English.
- Physical and mental ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
