Job Description
The role involves identifying and developing new enterprise business opportunities through prospecting, outreach, and relationship-building to support sales growth for Celonis' Process Intelligence Platform in the DACH region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and create new enterprise business opportunities in designated territories.
- Prospect into strategic business accounts via cold calling, emailing, and social strategies.
- Drive sales growth by setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives.
- Maintain and organize an annual book of business.
- Act as a subject matter expert and evangelist of the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.
- Develop creative strategies to target decision-makers and book sales appointments.
Requirements
- A BA or BS degree from a top university or equivalent.
- Experience in business development, sales, or related field experience, either full-time or through relevant internships.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Able to take initiative and work independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- A self-starter who is dedicated, hungry, and driven to succeed, with a track record of being a true out-performer.
- Native German level or equivalent and fluent in English.
- Other languages are a plus.
