Job Description
The role involves supporting customer engagements by leveraging AI and process intelligence technologies to solve business challenges, developing AI solutions, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients, with opportunities for career growth and international collaboration within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Japan Value Engineering team on customer engagements
- Collaborate with customers to identify business challenges and demonstrate how Celonis Process Intelligence can address them
- Execute proof projects to showcase value, develop business cases, and present findings to senior executives
- Prototype and develop AI solutions tailored to customer needs, including machine learning and LLM-based solutions
- Drive change management and ensure positive return on investment for customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers as a trusted advisor
- Share customer insights with internal teams to influence product development
- Create reusable collateral and best practices within the Global VE Center of Excellence
- Travel to Japan to meet clients and support customer success
Requirements
- Be a Japanese citizen or visa holder, willing to stay in Madrid for 12 months before having the view to relocate to Tokyo.
- Fluent in Japanese and English, with the ability to effectively communicate and present to C-level executives and larger audiences.
- Willing to travel to the Japan region to meet clients in person.
- Hold a bachelor's and/or master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, AI/ML, Mathematics, or other related fields.
- Possess valuable work internship experience.
- Have a basic knowledge or hands-on experience in SQL and/or Python.
- Have exposure to process mining principles and completion of Celonis Rising Star modules is a welcome indicator of eagerness to develop in this field.
- Enjoy solving problems, think outside the box, and are not afraid to make and learn from mistakes.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments and can rapidly develop solutions and pilots using platform and AI technologies.
- Are curious, self-motivated, and enjoy continuous learning.
- Have a passion for technology, data, and AI and the impact it can have on the world.
- Are able to think analytically and creatively, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems.
- Are focused on creating and adding value for customers.
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and execute.
- Are able to build relationships with senior management and influence decision-makers.
- Are confident to present to C-level executives and larger audiences.
- Are willing to travel to the Japan region to meet clients in person.
