Job Description
The role involves supporting customer engagements by developing AI-driven solutions within the Celonis Process Intelligence platform, demonstrating value to clients, and collaborating with global teams to drive process improvement and innovation in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the APAC Value Engineering team on customer engagements
- Collaborate with customers to identify business challenges and demonstrate how Celonis Process Intelligence can address them
- Execute proof projects to showcase value, quantify business benefits, and present findings to senior executives
- Prototype and develop AI solutions tailored to customer needs, including machine learning and LLM-based solutions
- Drive change management and ensure positive return on investment for customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers as a trusted advisor
- Share customer insights and feedback with internal product and engineering teams to influence AI product development
- Create reusable collateral, best practices, and tools within the Global VE Center of Excellence
- Travel to the APAC region to meet clients and support customer success
Requirements
- Willingness to stay in Madrid for 12 months before relocation into the APAC market and travel to the APAC region to meet clients in person.
- Possession of a bachelor's and/or master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, AI ML, Mathematics, or other related fields.
- Valuable work internship experience in relevant fields.
- Basic knowledge or hands-on experience in SQL and/or Python.
- Any exposure to process mining principles and completion of Celonis Rising Star modules is a welcome indicator of eagerness to develop in this field.
- Ability to think analytically and creatively, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems.
- Focus on creating and adding value for customers.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and execute tasks effectively.
- Ability to build relationships with senior management and influence decision-makers.
- Confidence to present to C-level executives and larger audiences.
- Willingness to travel to the APAC region to meet clients in person.
- Effective communication skills and fluency in English and Korean, if applicable.
