Job Description

The role involves developing sales skills and experience through an elite residency program, with a focus on driving new business growth, mastering complex sales cycles, and evangelizing the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a territory of Land opportunities and drive new business growth through direct and partner-led resell motions.
  • Master and implement sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, forecasting, and account planning.
  • Engage and identify key decision-makers at large organizations to navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Act as a champion for the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform, demonstrating its capabilities to customers.
  • Transition from prospecting to leading sales cycles on mid-market opportunities, from Pain Discovery to Closed Won.
  • Use modern tools and creative strategies to prospect and generate a sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with experienced Sales Directors and Partner Managers to support and execute high-stakes deals.

Requirements

  • 2 years of sales or business development experience in a SaaS organization.
  • BA BS from a top university or equivalent.
  • Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and tell a compelling, data-driven story.
  • A results-driven attitude with a strong desire to exceed targets and a natural curiosity to understand complex business processes.
  • Highly coachable and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
