Job Description
A senior SaaS sales professional responsible for managing key retail and CPG accounts, driving complex sales cycles, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, and expanding business within existing clients using a consultative approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts within Retail and CPG sectors.
- Generate new business opportunities and close six- to seven-figure deals.
- Engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- Represent the Celonis process intelligence platform to clients.
- Drive complex sales cycles by orchestrating virtual teams including sales, marketing, and technical staff.
- Collaborate with partners such as consulting firms and SaaS vendors to support sales efforts.
Requirements
- 7 years of total relevant work experience, ideally including a mix of experience in SaaS Sales and complimentary Management Business Process Consulting
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders and engage effectively at the C-level (CFO, CPO, COO, etc.)
- Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of key processes and KPIs throughout the entire enterprise value chain in the Retail and/or Consumer CPG Industry, particularly within the domains of Finance and Supply Chain
- Solid understanding of the Retail and/or Consumer CPG industry trends and developments
- Strong communication and presentation skills in German (fluent) and English
- Ability to adapt to a fast-moving, ever-changing, high-growth environment and approach challenges with positivity, creative thinking, and a growth mindset
- Willingness to be collaborative, inclusive, to embrace diversity, and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to leverage internal resources and work as a team
