Job Description
The role involves driving new business growth by acquiring enterprise clients within the North America Manufacturing sector, focusing on strategic sales, client engagement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to showcase the value of Celonis' Process Intelligence platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Discover and cultivate new business opportunities within assigned accounts in the North America Manufacturing vertical.
- Establish and strengthen relationships with decision-makers and executives in target accounts.
- Understand client needs and articulate how Celonis solutions address their strategic and operational requirements.
- Guide the sales process from prospecting to closing deals through structured engagement and qualification.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of solutions tailored to specific use cases, showcasing value.
- Build partnerships with consulting firms, SaaS partners, and Big4 firms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business development, value engineering, partner management, and marketing.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in Software as a Service (SaaS) sales, particularly in roles focused on both expanding existing business opportunities and cultivating new business opportunities.
- 10 years of direct experience in software sales, landing net new logos.
- Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers.
- Track record of selling enterprise-level software applications to C-level stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of business processes and KPIs, e.g., in Finance, Supply Chain.
- Experience collaborating with partners, such as consulting firms or providers of enterprise technology solutions.
- Effective and articulate communication skills.
- Ability to establish and strengthen connections across various levels of client organizations, including engaging with executives and decision-makers.
- Ability to comprehend the strategic and operational requirements of target accounts and articulate how Celonis can address them.
- Experience guiding the sales journey through prospecting, initial contact, qualification, client engagement, needs analysis, solution proposal, and closing deals.
- Ability to conduct comprehensive presentations and demonstrations tailored to specific use cases, showcasing the value of solutions.
