Job Description
A sales-focused role responsible for acquiring new enterprise clients within the North America Manufacturing sector, leveraging SaaS solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to expand market presence and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Discover and cultivate new business opportunities within assigned accounts in the North America Manufacturing vertical.
- Establish and strengthen relationships with decision-makers and executives to understand their needs.
- Guide the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, including qualification and needs analysis.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of Celonis solutions tailored to client use cases.
- Build partnerships with consulting firms, SaaS partners, and other strategic allies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Value Engineers, Business Development Representatives, and marketing to ensure sales success.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in Software as a Service (SaaS) sales, particularly in roles focused on both expanding existing business opportunities and cultivating new business opportunities.
- 10 years of direct experience in software sales, landing net new logos.
- Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers.
- Track record of selling enterprise-level software applications to C-level stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of business processes and KPIs, e.g., in Finance, Supply Chain.
- Experience collaborating with partners, such as consulting firms or providers of enterprise technology solutions.
- Effective and articulate communication skills.
- Ability to establish and strengthen connections across various levels of the organization, engaging with executives and decision-makers to understand their needs.
- Ability to guide the sales journey through prospecting, initial contact, qualification, client engagement, needs analysis, solution proposal, and closing deals.
- Capability to collaborate closely with Value Engineers, Business Development Representatives, partner managers, and marketing specialists to ensure seamless collaboration and success.
