Job Description

The Enterprise Account Executive will drive new business and expand existing accounts within large enterprise clients in the Banking and Capital Markets sector, managing the full sales cycle and engaging with senior stakeholders to deliver tailored process mining solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within enterprise accounts to secure new logos
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to closing deals
  • Build relationships with strategic stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers
  • Develop tailored solutions based on customer needs and demonstrate the value of Celonis solutions
  • Collaborate with partners such as consulting firms and SaaS providers to enhance value propositions

Requirements

  • Proven SaaS Sales Experience: A strong track record of success in enterprise SaaS sales, with a focus on securing new business and consistently achieving revenue targets, with at least 8 years of SaaS sales experience.
  • Expertise in Complex Sales: Experience managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles within large enterprise accounts.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with enterprise business applications such as Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), with the ability to engage with C-level executives such as CFO, COO, CSCO, and CPO.
  • Business Acumen: A solid understanding of business processes and key performance indicators across functions like Finance and Supply Chain.
  • Vertical Industry Experience: Experience or knowledge in selling to the Insurance industry.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation and storytelling abilities to confidently influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Experience in Managing the Entire Sales Cycle: Ability to identify, develop, and close six-figure deals from prospecting and qualification to closing.
  • Ability to Build Relationships with Strategic Stakeholders: Engage with C-level executives, operational leaders, and key decision-makers across multiple lines of business.
  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to work closely with internal teams such as business development representatives, pre-sales, customer success, marketing managers, and partner managers, as well as external partners like Big 4 consulting firms, SaaS providers, and industry partners.
  • No Visa Sponsorship Offered: Candidates must be authorized to work in North America without visa sponsorship.
